Bonuses #3
3.1. The writer can get a reward by working productively. Bonuses start working after finishing at least 50 pages in total. The table of bonuses is:
Position\Deadline 0-49 pages 50 pages 75 pages 100 pages 125 pages 150 pages 175 pages 200 pages
Probation Writer 0% +3% +5% +7% +9% +11% +13% +15%
Regular Writer
Advanced Writer

3.1.1. The number of points for each $1 reward equivalent for the completion of every order is counted as 10 points earned by the writer.

3.1.2. +3% means that the writer will get an additional 3% to the whole number of points for finished orders, but it is only if the person does not have issues with meeting our policies.

3.1.3. At the end of the payment period, bonus points will be transformed to a reward. The working formula is: (the whole number of points) * the number in the bonus table (according to the number of the finished pages). The writer will receive the monetary reward with the equivalent of $1 for each 10 points earned within a month. After the monetary reward is paid to the writer, the count of points will be subtracted in accordance to the amount paid. However, if the writer writes less than 50 pages per month, the bonuses will be removed without a monetary reward according to the formula since $4 (per page) * 10 points * 49 pages * 0% = 0 points. Writers will be able to improve their performance during the next month.

3.1.4. For PowerPoint slides and charts, they are considered as 1/2 page from scratch each. For example, if the writer finished 4 PowerPoint slides or 4 charts, it will be considered as 2 pages from scratch in total.

Responsibilities #4
4.1. When the writer takes the order, the person is responsible for the full completion of the assignment. The writer is the responsible side for meeting the deadline of the order, following instructions, academic standards, etc.
4.2. The writer must follow deadlines. If the writer did not warn that the order could not be done within the assigned deadline due to the reason that is explained to editors or supervisor in advance, it is considered as a writer’s fault because of lateness. Writer’s fault means that the writer does not warn timely that he or she cannot do the order or do not follow instructions/academic standards that can be a reason for a reassignment. Power concern, internet connection, family issues –it is always possible to send an SMS to warn the supervisor or editors. If not done – lateness automatically leads to a penalty of -25% to the whole price of the order if it was finished with the delay or to a “Writer’s Fault” penalty in case of reassignment. Moreover, the order can be reassigned without the notification to a writer if the person cannot do the revision or finish the order successfully within the assigned deadline if editors or supervisor has valid reasons for that. As for the contact info of the supervisor, the writer can check it on the writer’s profile.
4.3. If the writer takes the order, the person cannot reassign it without a serious reason. If the writer has two reassigned orders per month because of a writer’s fault, the writer loses bonuses. It means that the writer did not meet quality standards or deadline, and the order was reassigned. Keep in mind that the writer has a maximum of 2 revisions before the order gets reassigned for low quality with a writer's fault penalty applied immediately after that. The final price for the reassigned order is 0 (zero).
Conditions #5
5.1. The writer must write more than 50 pages per month in high season to get higher priorities and be considered for advancements in the system.
5.2. The writer must avoid plagiarism of any type. That includes fake citations, non-cited stolen ideas or statements, poor paraphrase, wrong formatting, ignorance of “sandwich” rule, extensive use of quotes, etc.
5.3. The writer will not get bonuses if the person has more than 2(!) writer’s faults per month (low quality or reassignment).
5.4. The writer must attach the written paper to the order within the assigned deadline, or the person will be penalized.
5.5. If the writer does not meet the deadline, the person will get a status “late” for the current order. In this case, the writer will get -25% to the whole price of the order automatically and will also get the writer’s fault penalty in case of reassignment.
5.6. Repeating violation of responsibilities will result in demotion.
5.7. The payment will be calculated two times: 15th to 20th of a current month and 1-5th of the next month. The bonus will be sent with a second transaction (for the previous month). Financial Department sends the earned money, and the person can write them via email or contact the supervisor to do the same.
5.8. If the writer does not follow conditions, then the person can be demoted, restricted, or fired.
Questions #6

6.1. How to get to a probation period?

The person has to pass a test that consists of Part 1, Part 2, and verification of identity. The writer will be able to earn money and grades to become the regular or advanced writer after passing the tests.

6.2. How to pass a probation period and get a regular position?

The writer has to take available orders and get graded. If the writer has a rating of 75-89%, the person will get a regular position. After each order, the writer will get or lose the grading points. This system is explained below in “How our system works? #7.”

6.3. How to get an advanced position?

The writer has to take available orders and get graded. Keep in mind that an advanced writer must follow academic standards, quality, be able to show where in-text citations were taken from in the original text, indicate used pages correctly, be available 24/7, meet assigned deadlines, etc. It should be mentioned that availability means that orders might be returned for a revision while the proper cooperation and communication with the supervisor or editor are key aspects in such situation not to get reassigned for lateness. Hence, the only way not to lose an advanced writer’s position is to write with low revision rate to reduce the chance of losing grading points due to the inability to produce the valid work without revising it. Moreover, the supervisor can expand or restrict the account’s opportunities, such as getting more assignments, seeing College, University, Master’s or Ph.D. papers, or punish writers in case of problems with following policies by restricting access to orders.

6.4. What reasons will lead to a demotion?

If the writer does not follow requirements (see “Requirements #1”), ignore responsibilities (see “Responsibilities #4”), and does not consider conditions (see “Conditions #5”), then it means that the person will lose rating. In this case, the writer will be demoted (see “How our system works? #7” to check the limits of any position in points) or even fired (if the writer is below 59%). However, if the person attaches plagiarized papers, constantly late orders, and/or does not follow the requirements of the position, then this writer can get below 59% soon, getting restricted access to orders, or even can be fired. That is important to prevent any fraud that might affect the work of all. The supervisor is the one who will track it and will have the last word in any situations regarding the writer’s work.

6.5. What is your payment system?

If the person passes the test, the writer will enter the probation period. The Probation Writer will be able to earn $2-3 per 250 words on this period for long and urgent orders respectively. If the writer finishes the paper for more than 74% or 89% on average (even after 1st order), the person will receive next orders with a salary of $3-6 per page as a Regular Writer or $4-10 as an Advanced Writer respectively (for more information, see “Prices #2”). Finished orders will be paid twice per month (USD currency). Finished orders can be checked on the writer’s profile.

How our system works? #7

7.1. Every writer gets grading points for every paper finished. Points indicate a writer’s priority to get orders and its prices. The table of points is:
Position %
Test Writer 0-59
Probation Writer 60-74
Regular Writer 75-89
Advanced Writer 90-100

7.1.1. Advanced writers with the average score of 90-100% for all orders will join the Top Advanced Writers list. People from that list can be considered for further advancements in the company for positions that might arise. Hence, those who will have the highest rating on that list will be the first one to contact. Therefore, never stop writing perfectly and earn rating points while earning a lot, as an advanced writer. The supervisor also can expand account’s opportunities to those who always provide the best quality.

7.2. The supervisor or editor will mark all of the finished orders with the next formula:
Grading Criteria %
Content 0-40
Format 0-20
Thesis 0-10
Organization 0-30
Max 100

7.2.1. The writer will be able to get from 0 to 100 points for each order. Key elements are following instructions, format, correctness of a thesis statement, and structure of a paper, including meeting the deadline if the writer does not want to be penalized or reassigned.

7.3. The writer’s overall score for the last 5 orders will define the position in our system. Keep in mind that the “Test Writer” is a position of the person under review of the supervisor. Further cooperation with this writer will be stopped unless the supervisor decides otherwise (see below).
7.4. The editor can affect the writer’s statistics only by grading the orders. The only way to earn points is to take an order. The only way to lose points is to ignore our policy. In the exceptional cases, for the writer who has under 59%, the supervisor can assign an order manually in order for the person to get the last chance to prove that the individual worth the spot in a team. In the case of failure, the result will be the same as if the person does not pass the test – the individual will be demoted, restricted, or fired for 3 months. However, after 3 months, the person will be able to retake the test and start working again.
7.5. In the section “Finished Orders,” the writer will be able to check last five finished orders. Moreover, the writer can check financial status on the writer’s profile for all finished order per a current month.
7.6. If the writer lated the order because of system failure, the person must contact the editor, support department, and/or supervisor to inform sides not to be penalized. As a result, such cooperation can prevent unexpected cases not to lose the position, time, and money.
7.7. If the writer does not follow Policy and its sections, the supervisor can restrict the person in accessing orders. In this case, the writer can see orders but cannot take them to write and earn. The time of the restricted access is defined by the supervisor, depending on the situation.
7.8. The supervisor changes variables that affect the one’s access to orders, such as the limit of orders, academic level, and the number of pages per order. These variables affect the number of orders that the writer can see, depending on the positions, such as probation, regular, and advanced writers with its prices. These variables can be increased if the supervisor acknowledges the constant reliability of the writer and his or her ability to follow policies and quality standards all the time.
7.9. The supervisor can assign orders personally to motivate or boost the productivity of the team if the writer demonstrates a high level of quality, responsibility, and performance, clarifying that the person can handle the assigned work. Personal assign is always a privilege that must be earned.
7.10. If the writer gets “N/A,” it means that the order is delivered to the customer directly without editor’s check. In this case, the order will be not considered in calculating an average grade of last 5 orders to define a position in a system. However, if the customer requests a revision, the writer must make corrections, following initial instructions. Additional changes will be paid according to the prices for revisions. If the writer does not revise the paper for any reason, the order can be reassigned with Writer’s Fault since the instructions are not followed.
